Day 01 Dhaka (apprx 15.2km - 10mins) (L/D)

Upon morning arrival at the International airport, pick up and transfer to hotel. Check in and relax. Our driver will pick up for Lunch. After lunch explore the town of Dhaka till evening. Have Dinner and transfer to hotel. Overnight in Dhaka.

Day 02 Dhamrai/Barisal River Port (apprx 67km - 55mins) (B/L/D)

Dhaka - Spend today exploring this vibrant city, one of the largest in South Asia. We visit some of its most interesting sights including the Armenian Church, the historic Ahsan Manzil, Dhakeshwari Temple and the chaotic Shakari bazaar. Later we transfer to the river port for our overnight ferry to Barisal. Overnight first class cabins on board.

Day 03 Barisal/Banaripara (apprx 26.5km - 50mins) (B/L/D)

Upon arrival into Barisal port in the morning, drive to Banaripara to explore the backwaters by boat, seeing floating markets, communities of ‘water gypsies’ and looking out for freshwater dolphins. After visiting a typical village, we return to Barisal and from here transfer to Khulna. Overnight Grand Placid Hotel or similar. (B)

Day 0 (B/L/D)

Sundarbans - This morning we head to the Sundarbans, the world’s largest mangrove forest and home to a wide variety of wildlife, including Bengal tiger, monkeys, deer and Irrawaddy dolphins. Board our cruise boat and head out onto the waters, spending tonight on board. (BLD)

Day 0 Bogura/Sariakandi/Jamuna River (apprx km - hrs 45mins) (B/L/D)

After breakfast, drive to Sariankandi to visit the Chars of the Jamuna River. Take a boat along the Jamuna River and see how river erosion and flooding affect the lives of local people. In the late afternoon, drive back to Bogra. Transfer to hotel, have dinner. Overnight in Bogura.
